Scope
(1) The below terms and conditions of business apply to all deliveries between us and the consumer. Valid version at time of ordering applies.
(2) “Consumer” in the sense of our terms and conditions refers to any individual person who enters a legal transaction which is not attributed to their commercial business activity or self-employed occupation.
Delivery and dispatch costs
Our delivery costs for your order are shown in the shopping basket and are determined by the size and weight of the parcel as well as the destination.
Delivery costs are free for orders of 5 (five) clips or more.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, the customer must pay any due taxes and customs duties. These charges as well as delivery costs cannot be reimbursed.
Ordered goods which have been paid for are usually dispatched withing 2 working days.
Conclusion of purchase agreement
The purchase agreement is formed with order completion and payment of the ordered goods. The invoice is sent automatically by e-mail.
Cancellation rights
You may cancel your order at any time within 30 (thirty) days without stating a reason for this.
The cancellation period of 30 (thirty) days starts on the day of order receipt – either through you or a third party named by you.
To cancel your order, contact us (Clever Horse Clip GmbH, Siegfried-Markus-Straße 20, 5020 Salzburg, Austria, e-mail: widerruf@cleverhorseclip.com) by post or e-mail clearly stating that you would like to revoke this contract. The right to cancellation is guaranteed if you send your notification within the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If your cancellation is made within the given period all payments made will be fully reimbursed within 14 days to the account details provided by you.
Goods must be returned within 14 days from the day of your cancellation. Repayment may be withheld until we have received the goods.
Returns must be sent to our postal address Clever Horse Clip GmbH, Siegfried-Markus-Straße 20, 5020 Salzburg.
We are not obliged to accept returned goods which have been damaged unless these goods were already damaged upon receipt by the customer.
